We ship via FedEx Ground for most standard orders.
For expedited services (overnight, 2nd day, or 3-day shipping), the customer must confirm with us either by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone (1-510-500-9800, or 1-833-DGOS COM) prior to the shipments.
We may also ship via UPS Ground occasionally when necessary at our discretion.
All standard orders (by the case) are shipped by FedEx Ground FREE OF CHARGE to the customers in the continental USA.
Shipping charges apply only to expedited services by air either to the continental USA or to Alaska or Hawaii. Please confirm with us either by e-mail (email@example.com) or by phone (1-510-500-9800 or 1-833- DGOS COM) for the air shipping charges prior to the shipments.
Orders of less than a case quantity may be taken at an extra charge (to cover the freight cost). Please confirm with us first either by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone (1-510-500-9800 or 1-833- DGOS COM) if you are interested in purchasing less than a case quantity.
Most orders can be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. If we experience a high volume of orders or if the items are in back order, shipments can take a longer time. In these cases, the customers will be notified either by e-mail or by phone.
CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once an order has been shipped, the customer will be given the shipment confirmation and tracking information by e-mail.
DAMAGES, SHORTAGES & CLAIMS
We only ship merchandise in good conditions and in their original packaging from our facility. If you find damages and/or shortages upon receiving, please make notations with the delivery driver and file claims with the shipping carrier. We can help with claims documentation when needed.
