ABOUT SHIPPING

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship via UPS Ground for most standard orders.

​

For expedited services (overnight, 2nd day, or 3-day shipping), the customer must confirm with us either by e-mail (info@dentalglovesonsale.com) or by phone (1-510-500-9800, or 1-833-DGOS COM) prior to the shipments.

​

We may also ship via FedEx Ground occasionally when necessary at our discretion.

SHIPPING RATES

​

All standard orders (by the case) are shipped by UPS Ground FREE OF CHARGE to the customers in the continental USA.

​

Shipping charges apply only to expedited services by air either to the continental USA or to Alaska or Hawaii. Please confirm with us either by e-mail (info@dentalglovesonsale.com) or by phone (1-510-500-9800 or 1-833- DGOS COM) for the air shipping charges prior to the shipments.

Orders of less than a case quantity may be taken at an extra charge (to cover the freight cost). Please confirm with us first either by e-mail (info@dentalglovesonsale.com) or by phone (1-510-500-9800 or 1-833- DGOS COM) if you are interested in purchasing less than a case quantity.

SHIPPING TIME

​

Most orders can be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. If we experience a high volume of orders or if the items are in back order, shipments can take a longer time. In these cases, the customers will be notified either by e-mail or by phone.

CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

​

Once an order has been shipped, the customer will be given the shipment confirmation and tracking information by e-mail.

DAMAGES, SHORTAGES & CLAIMS

​

We only ship merchandise in good conditions and in their original packaging from our facility. If you find damages and/or shortages upon receiving, please make notations with the delivery driver and file claims with the shipping carrier.  We can help with claims documentation when needed.
